With over 20 years of corporate experience, Precious Carter is an expert in policy writing and implementation to compliance along with overseeing and managing the typical human resource department functions of recruiting, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits.  Before the pandemic, through a partnership with the Small Business Administration she provided training to small businesses to help set up their human resources and accounting departments.  Being invited to conduct seminar workshops, Precious realized that she could expand her reach to all small business owners by offering her material as an online course.

AIM & ACHIEVE is a learning system that is a compilation of all her training materials, workshop handouts and methods that she used to help catapult Hanks, Hanks & Associates into a multi-million dollar business.  Precious' passion is to educate small business owners with knowledge of human resource management and equip them with effective methods to incorporate that knowledge into their overall business strategy.
